Yes, please! We love giving our brides one-on-one attention, and appointments let us focus on you like the queen you are!
Typically about 90 minutes—plenty of time to sip champagne, twirl, and say “YES!” to your dream dress. If you need more time please feel free to make a second appointment!
You are in your bridal era, dress up and celebrate! We recommend nude underwear and strapless bras if you want to feel fab in all the dresses!
Of course! And the coolest part is that we are the only shop in town that has no guest limit so you don’t need to exclude anyone for the big moment!

To ensure you can fully immerse yourself in the magic of finding your perfect dress, we now offer a complimentary photography service during your try-on session. Our professional photographer will capture beautiful images of you in each gown, which will be displayed on an iPad in real time to assist you in making your final selection.
Please note, we have decided to make our shop a cell phone-free zone during appointments. This allows you to enjoy a distraction-free experience and eliminates any external stress as you focus on finding “the one.” Here are a few reasons why this will benefit your experience:
- Focus on the Moment: Without the distraction of a phone, you can fully embrace the joy and excitement of trying on gowns, focusing on how each dress makes you feel in real time.
- Less Pressure: Sometimes, taking pictures can take you out of the moment or add pressure to make decisions based on how things look in photos rather than how you feel. Our professional photographer ensures every moment is captured beautifully.
- Enhanced Experience: With real-time images displayed on an iPad, you can immediately view professional-quality photos that better represent the gowns than phone pictures often do.
If you choose your dream dress with us, all of the professionally captured photos from your appointment will be yours to keep as a special keepsake. For those who are still deciding, the photos will remain available to go over with your stylist at a future follow up appointment.
Absolutely! We’re all about celebrating every body type, and we’ve got gorgeous gowns in sizes 0 to 32!
The earlier, the better! We recommend 8-12 months in advance, but don’t worry—we’ve got options for you last-minute gals too!
We’re flexible! We require a deposit to get started, and you can pay the rest over time—because who needs extra wedding stress? Our payment plans have very flexible terms and 0 percent interest too.
As with any bridal boutique all sales are final since each dress is ordered just for you and there are no exceptions to this. But trust us, we’ll work our magic to make sure you love every inch of it.
Yes, we do! We’ve got a team of fairy godmother seamstresses ready to make sure your dress fits like a glove.
Alteration costs vary, but we’ll give you an estimate at your fitting. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you looking fab and within budget! Please keep in mind that alterations are always separate from the gown purchase no matter where you shop.
Totally! We love working with our brides to make their dresses unique. From adding sleeves to changing necklines, we can tweak to your heart’s content. Please keep in mind that those customizations are always at a separate cost from the original purchase.
The key difference between made-to-order and made-to-measure gowns lies in how the gown is constructed and customized for the bride.
- Made-to-Order: When you purchase a made-to-order gown, it’s produced based on a set of standard sizes (like 2, 8, 14, etc.). The dress is crafted in the closest size to your measurements using a size chart from the designer but may still need alterations to fit your body perfectly such as a hem or strap adjustment. Essentially, the gown is made in a predetermined size and then tailored to match your exact shape during alterations. Our shop only carries made-to-order gowns.
- Made-to-Measure: A made-to-measure gown, on the other hand, is custom-made from scratch to your specific body measurements. The designer uses your unique dimensions to create the gown, so it’s tailored to fit you perfectly from the get-go, without the need for significant alterations and you work with them directly on materials, pattern constructions etc.. These gowns often start at $6000 and go up from there.
Oh, yes! From sparkly veils to the perfect bling, we’ve got all the finishing touches to complete your bridal look and we can set you up with an accessories appointment once your gown comes in.
Yep! After the big day, we can help preserve your gown so it stays just as dreamy for years to come and you may be surprised to know that our cleaning services are the most affordable in town guaranteed!
